Our Plans for World-Class Refining Technology
Advanced Ore Processing System
Our planned future system will integrate crushing, grinding, gravity separation and froth flotation technologies optimised for the characteristics of Zambian ore. This integrated approach is designed to maximise gold recovery rates across all particle sizes.
Promoting Responsible Chemical Extraction
We are aiming for a recovery rate of over 92% through a closed-loop carbon-in-leach (CIL) process. A zero-discharge cyanide control system will ensure comprehensive environmental protection while maintaining operational efficiency.
Precision Smelting and Refining Facilities
Our planned refining facility will combine electrolytic and aqua regia refining methods for optimal purity. All production will undergo rigorous XRF analysis and fire assay verification to ensure a consistent 99.99% gold purity.
