Project Timeline
Building Africa’s Premier Gold Refining Operations
Our comprehensive three-year roadmap outlines our strategic journey to establish a world-class gold refining operation in Zambia, setting new standards for responsible mining and processing in Africa.

Our Roadmap to Responsible Growth
We’re committed to building a sustainable gold supply chain that benefits all stakeholders. Our carefully structured timeline ensures methodical progress while maintaining the highest standards of environmental stewardship and operational excellence.
This roadmap represents our commitment to transparency with investors, government officials, and partners. Each phase has been meticulously planned to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities for long-term success in the regional gold market.
2025: Establishment & Preparation Phase
Corporate Foundation
Establish legal entity and finalise partnership agreements with key stakeholders, creating the formal structure for our operations.
Site Selection & Licensing
Identify optimal exploration sites based on geological surveys and submit comprehensive permit applications to relevant authorities.
Refinery Development
Secure strategic refinery location and commission specialised equipment from trusted global suppliers meeting international standards.
Pilot Operations
Conduct initial mining activities at selected sites and perform detailed analysis of extracted samples to validate quality and yields.
Facility Preparation
Complete refinery construction and prepare for test operations, ensuring all systems meet safety and efficiency requirements.
2026: Full-Scale Operations Phase

Achieving Commercial Production
Our refinery will reach operational capacity of 500kg per day, representing a significant advancement in regional refining capabilities. This output level positions us as a major player in the African gold market.
We’ll initiate our first gold exports to international markets, establishing crucial trade relationships while simultaneously launching our toll refining partnership programme to maximise facility utilisation.
Building Local Capacity
Our commitment to the region includes comprehensive vocational training programmes for local workers and pursuing rigorous environmental and quality certifications to ensure world-class operations.
2027: Expansion & Advancement Phase
National Refinery Certification
Enter negotiations with the Zambian government to secure official national refinery status, strengthening our position as a cornerstone of the country’s mineral processing infrastructure.
Resource Expansion
Identify opportunities for secondary mine development or expansion of existing concessions to ensure long-term supply security and increase production capacity.
By-Product Monetisation
Develop specialised distribution channels for valuable by-products including silver, copper and other precious metals, maximising resource utilisation and revenue streams.
Regional Expansion
Establish foundational relationships and conduct feasibility studies for potential business model replication in neighbouring countries, positioning for pan-African growth.
Building Africa’s Most Trusted Gold Supply Chain
Our three-year roadmap represents more than just business expansion—it’s our commitment to transforming gold processing in Africa through responsible practices, technical excellence, and strategic partnerships.
By 2027, we aim to have established the foundation for a transparent, efficient gold supply chain that benefits local communities, meets international standards, and creates sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Each milestone in our journey brings us closer to our vision of becoming the continent’s most trusted partner in precious metals refining and trade.
